I provide psychotherapy services to residents of Ontario, regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) in Turkish, Russian and English and coaching services internationally.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

I support driven professionals and high performers in overcoming anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout so they can lead, perform, and live with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy and am trained in ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

I support you in moving beyond overthinking, self-doubt, and hesitation so you can access clarity, build confidence, and move forward with greater ease and purpose.

You already have the strengths and resources within you. My role is to help you reconnect with them so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

Having navigated my own transition from Turkey to Canada, I understand what it’s like to rebuild—adapting to a new culture, identity, and career path while managing uncertainty and change. This experience shapes how I hold space for clients facing their own transitions and challenges.

I work with you in a way that keeps your own voice, hopes, and experiences at the center—exploring what’s already shifting, what’s possible next, and the strengths you may not yet fully see in yourself, so meaningful change can gently and steadily unfold.
