Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
I specialize in helping high achievers, overthinkers, and professionals rise above anxiety, phobias, stress, and emotional exhaustion to unlock their full potential. I completed Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy and received extensive training in ACT, SFBT and CBT modalities. I love working with and creating a space for transformation for overachievers and overthinkers to get unstuck from perfectionism, procrastination, indecision, anxieties, phobias, and worries, and to support them while achieving their goals.
